AGENTS.mdlistsbundle/mutator/as the configuration transformation pipeline and says mutators live inbundle/config/mutator/andbundle/mutator/.bundle/mutator/no longer exists; the mutators are all inbundle/config/mutator/. This updates both references.Why
Agents follow these paths when they look for mutators, so a missing directory sends them searching the tree first.
