Summary

• Add commands to create, configure, start, cancel, and delete experiments; copy variants; declare winners; and retrieve totals and trends.
• Update @iterable/api from 0.12.0 to 0.13.1 to support the new commands and pick up the 0.13.1 security fixes.
• Update Zod to 4.6.7.
• Refresh transitive dependencies to patched versions allowed by their existing ranges. No pnpm overrides are needed.

Test plan

• pnpm exec tsc --noEmit
• pnpm exec jest --testPathPatterns=unit (140 passed)
• pnpm audit reports no high or critical findings. The remaining findings are dev-only: glob and minimatch require major upgrades, deepmerge has no patched release, and esbuild affects the Windows development server used through tsx.
